A dated Tuscan-style estate brought into a calmer, modern palette without losing its bones.

We reworked the entire main floor — new kitchen, refinished floors throughout, replastered walls, and a lighting and millwork program that traded heavy ornament for clean, warm lines. Systems were updated room by room while the owners stayed in the house.
