They are. We do a no-obligation site walk-through, talk through scope and feasibility, and follow up with a written, itemized estimate — usually within the same week. There’s no charge and no pressure.

We run our core trades in-house and use a small bench of long-term trade partners for specialty work. Either way, one project lead is accountable for the whole job — you’re never chasing five different phone numbers.

Every estimate includes a clear payment schedule tied to project milestones — never a large lump sum up front. We bill against completed, inspected work so payments track real progress.

Yes — a one-year workmanship warranty on everything we build, on top of any manufacturer warranties on materials and systems like roofing and HVAC.

Absolutely. We regularly coordinate with outside architects and designers, and we can also bring in trusted partners if you’re starting from scratch.
