Summerlin Ridge Residence

A ground-up custom residence on a ridge lot, designed around the view corridor and built to take the afternoon sun without cooking the great room.

We handled this one from raw pad to handover — grading and foundation, structural framing, the full mechanical package, and an interior finish program of wide-plank oak, plaster walls, and a stone-wrapped kitchen island. The west elevation got deep overhangs and high-performance glazing so the great room stays comfortable through the summer.
